President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree imposing new sanctions on companies and individuals who assist the Russian army in circumventing restrictions and supplying equipment for its military industry.
This was announced on the website of the President of Ukraine.
Ukraine Imposes Sanctions on Companies — Who is on the List
Twenty-three companies and 20 associated individuals are subject to the new restrictions. All of them support the operations of the Russian military-industrial complex and security forces.
Specifically, the list includes:

Kidma Tek — an enterprise that manufactures optical devices, air defense systems, and multiple rocket launchers, and also performs repairs on aviation and anti-tank guided missiles.

Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau (part of the sanctioned Rostec corporation) — manufactures explosives, rocket fuel, and materials for missile systems, supplying solid propellant charges for the Iskander-M ballistic missile engine.

Spetselektronkomplekt — a company involved in the production of guided aerial bombs.

Aurum — an enterprise that supplies electronic warfare systems and drones to the Russian occupiers.
Additionally, sanctions have been imposed on Russian IT enterprises that develop digital solutions and cybersecurity programs for state and private clients.
“We are continuing systematic work to implement sanctions against arms manufacturers, including ballistic missiles, and other companies that support the Russian military-industrial complex. Every enterprise that loses access to components, technologies, or funding will produce fewer ballistic missiles, drones, and other weapons for the war. The more countries that join such restrictions, the weaker Russia’s capabilities will be to strike Ukraine,” stated Vladyslav Vlasiuk, the President’s advisor on sanctions policy.

It is worth recalling that Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously stated that despite Russia’s use of ballistic missiles in the war against Ukraine, some manufacturers of these weapons have not yet been sanctioned. Zelenskyy urged allies to act more swiftly.
We also reported that Ukraine would make every effort to end the war with Russia by the beginning of winter. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of diplomatic pressure and sanctions from partners.
