Located adjacent to forests, fields, and caves, the ULIS. Vinyavy complex has become a space where nature is not merely a backdrop for relaxation but the primary component of the experience.
There exist places where nature takes center stage. Its processes unfold so subtly that they are often overlooked. An inattentive observer might perceive a lack of activity, yet in reality, a great deal is occurring. This is precisely the essence of the new nature-based housing complex, ULIS. Vinyavy.

The project team states: “Nothing is happening here—and that’s the best thing that can happen today.”
This is a place to slow down, observe closely, and listen attentively: perhaps a brimstone butterfly is hidden in the grass, a pine tree rustles with another gentle breeze, or a common ortolan begins a new song. The most attentive may even discern the quiet emergence of growing wheat.

As of June 1st, the new ULIS location began welcoming guests in the village of Vinyavy, situated 25 km from Lviv. This marks the fourth site for the chain, with other complexes operating in the Kyiv region (cabins and cottages at ULIS. Dudky) and in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (ULIS. Vorokhta).

Positioned near forests, fields, and caves, the ULIS. Vinyavy complex has evolved into an environment where nature serves not just as a setting for leisure but as the core element of the experience: terraces offer sweeping views of meadows and greenery, forest trails invite exploration nearby, one can observe lavender in bloom, investigate local vineyards, or embark on excursions to the caves in Khorysno.

In an era where holidays often become a checklist of activities and an attempt to “do it all,” ULIS. Vinyavy proposes an alternative approach—to step away from the informational noise, to decelerate, and to forgo excessive planning.

At ULIS. Vinyavy, every design choice is intended to keep the focus on what truly matters. The dwellings are thoughtfully integrated into the landscape, and their minimalist interiors are meticulously crafted for utmost comfort and tranquility. Each unit features panoramic windows overlooking the local scenery and a terrace for open-air relaxation.

Consistent with other locations in the network, ULIS. Vinyavy employs a contactless service model: guests can check in independently, ensuring a sense of privacy. Should the need arise, the ULIS support team remains readily available to assist with any accommodation-related inquiries.
Currently, ULIS. Vinyavy features nine houses of various configurations, including:
- Compact one-bedroom homes suitable for couples or solo retreats;
- Spacious two-bedroom cottages designed for families or groups.

The complex is continuously expanding and evolving: between two and four new residences will be added monthly. Ultimately, the project envisions thirty-seven distinct relaxation spaces.
Two hot tubs are already operational for guests. In the near future, plans include the opening of a large swimming pool and a sauna on the premises. For those seeking a respite from daily routines, the ULIS kitchen, offering ready-to-eat takeaway meals, is currently operating in a trial phase.

Reservations for a house at ULIS. Vinyavy can be made through the website. Guests have the flexibility to select their preferred accommodation, arrival date, and time. The contactless check-in system allows for a personalized vacation pace.

Across all ULIS locations, a standing 20% discount is offered to military personnel and veterans. The team also spearheads psychological recovery initiatives.
Furthermore, 10% of the profit from each ULIS location is allocated to the development of the local community.

At ULIS. Vinyavy, there is a profound respect for nature, and guests are encouraged to leave the space as pristine as they found it.
The ULIS team observes a growing demand for tranquil getaways and natural restorative environments, prompting plans for the development of additional similar complexes across various Ukrainian regions.
