The Cabinet of Ministers has established the procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military-Obligated Persons, and Reservists “Obih”.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
They explained that the approved document defines how data enters the “Obih” register, how it is updated, verified, and, if necessary, corrected.
How a person’s data is entered into “Obih”
The defense department states that information must be entered into this register within five working days of its receipt.
“This happens either automatically (through exchange with other state systems, registers, and databases) or manually (based on information from the person themselves, state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, educational institutions, TCAs and SPs, and military units),” they clarified.
Updating and verifying information in “Obih”
It is indicated that information in the system is updated either automatically through exchange with other state systems or manually by authorized employees.
It is also emphasized that any information provided personally by a military-obligated person undergoes verification and comparison with the data already in the register.
Correcting errors in “Obih”
The Ministry of Defense noted that clarification or correction of false information in the “Obih” register is possible automatically or upon the request of the military-obligated person.
“To correct data, you must submit an application to the Register’s management body where the person is registered. If another body entered incorrect data, you should contact that body. If an error came from another state system, it is corrected based on updated information from the relevant state body,” the department explained.
You can obtain information about yourself in “Obih” for free in three ways:
- through the Ministry of Defense’s “Резерв+” application;
- through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, if technically possible;
- by submitting a written request to the district or city TCA and SP or its department where the person is registered.
