Kyivstar Group Ltd, the parent company of CJSC “Kyivstar”, Ukraine’s leading electronic communications operator and part of the VEON group, has announced the establishment of its office in Rockefeller Center, New York. This marks a significant step in the company’s international expansion, following its historic listing on Nasdaq in August 2025, making Kyivstar Group Ltd the first Ukrainian company to have its shares traded on a US stock exchange.
The office is situated at 1270 Avenue of the Americas, right in the heart of one of the world’s premier financial and business hubs. The New York office of Kyivstar Group Ltd will bolster the company’s investor relations and corporate communications efforts, while simultaneously enhancing its presence in the United States. It is designed to serve as a nexus for engaging with the American investment community, business and industry partners, as well as a broader international business audience. The office’s opening also creates additional avenues for showcasing Ukrainian businesses and their investment potential to the global stage. Importantly, the office will not undertake any commercial, contractual, or operational functions on behalf of the Group.

This summer, Kyivstar commemorates the first anniversary of its landmark Nasdaq listing, an event that ushered in a new chapter for the company. These include expanding its digital health services, developing the Uklon platform, and implementing novel communication solutions such as Starlink Direct to Cell.
Symbolically, the office opening precedes the announcement of Kyivstar Group Ltd’s financial results for the second quarter of 2026, the presentation of which will be held in person in New York for the first time.
Furthermore, the new office will host the “Invest In Ukraine NOW!” initiative, launched by VEON and Kyivstar in August 2025.
